Due to impending weather, our Court of Honor will be this Sunday, 4pm in the Parish Hall at St. Thomas, following our early afternoon return from the backpacking trip. This is where we'll have all the awards for those scouts who have earned ranks, merit badges, and other awards for the past few months. Families are welcome! In Troop 8 tradition, we ask that each family bring a dessert or other snack to share with the group.
Our SPL asks that scouts arrive at 3:30pm to help set up (if possible) and wear uniforms (Scout Shirt and some flavor of kakhi or olive pants).
For anyone who hasn't been the Parish Hall, from the green awning on Elizabeth Street, go right, around the corner, enter in the side door (which should be unlocked) and go downstairs. The Parish Hall is the large room straight ahead (through the double doors or around the hallway to the left).
