The Patrol Leaders Council is the leadership of the troop. All PLs (Patrol Leaders), APLs (Assistant Patrol Leaders) and other Troop leadership positions (Quartermaster, Webmaster, etc.) are representatives of the PLC. It is their job to plan, execute, and lead the Troop program. All meeting and outing plans are decided and run by the PLC, or individuals on it.
Any event marked PLC means that this is a PLC only event. Do not come if you're not a member of the PLC; you will be sent back home if you do. This is so the PLC can have a chance to learn skills to teach to their respective patrols and to plan out the year's calendar.
