Fitness Evaluation and Bike Check Meeting

Welcome back! Our first meeting of the fall, by request of the PLC, is focused on physical fitness! The goal for "workout meetings" in the fall is to demonstrate stuff you can do on your own to become more physically fit. But before we do that, we need to figure out what everyone's level of fitness is so that we can adjust accordingly. Plus, we want you to know your own level of fitness, so that you can work on improving it throughout the year. And finally, part of the ongoing patrol competition for the year will be based on which patrol improves their fitness the most. So, come on out, and be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Also, feel free to bring your bike if you want to get it checked for use on the biking trip later this month, or if your bike is in need of repair and you want someone to evaluate it. (If you got your bike checked for Summer Camp, you don't need to get it checked again).

PLC will meet at 6:30pm.
